About this internship
Responsibilities: Prepare and bake different types of bread daily Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area Operate and care for baking equipment Requirements: Minimum of NCE / OND Proven experience in bread baking (mandatory) Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety Ability to work early mornings and meet production timelines Must reside around the Lekki/Ajah Axis Remuneration: NGN 155,000 Gross
