Responsibilities: Day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including implementing HR policies, recruiting and onboarding new staff, managing employee benefits Overseeing benefits administration. Requirements: Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in Recruitment and Talent Management Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Experience in employee benefits administration Experience in Performance Management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in HR software and systems Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
