About this internship

Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dealings with external counsel and regulatory authorities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, Legal Counsel, or similar role Experience in corporate/commercial law and contract management Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory frameworks Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Proximity to Ajah is compulsory.
