Finance Operations Lead

Team ACE is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to manage finance operations activities at their Victoria Island, Lagos office. The role involves ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements, preparing operational finance reports for management review, and identifying opportunities to improve finance operations processes and workflows. The successful candidate will oversee bank and account reconciliations, coordinate day-to-day finance operations activities, and provide guidance and supervision to Finance Operations Trainees, Officers, and Senior Officers. This position offers the opportunity to lead a finance operations team while demonstrating strong expertise in financial transaction management, reconciliations, and operational finance supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or ongoing degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline; ICAN/ACCA certification is mandatory; 3 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles; prior experience supporting financial reporting or accounting operations is advantageous
