About this scholarship
Australia Awards Scholarships are long-term development awards from the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study at Australian universities and TAFE institutions. They cover full tuition, return air travel, an establishment allowance, Overseas Student Health Cover, a fortnightly living contribution, and academic support where needed.
Eligibility
Open to citizens of participating developing countries, particularly across the Indo-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. Applicants must be at least 18 at the start of the award, meet academic and work-experience requirements, and must not hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency or be seeking to migrate. Scholars commit to returning home for at least two years after study.
