VP Business Development (Team Lead) - Cell & Gene Contract Manufacturing

This is a senior executive opportunity to lead global business development for a market-leading pure-play gene therapy CDMO supporting advanced cell and gene therapy programs across preclinical, clinical, and commercial stages. The VP will drive comprehensive BD strategy across Europe and North America, lead and scale a high-performing commercial team, and expand the company's presence among biotech and pharma clients. Key responsibilities include defining and executing global BD strategy, leading team development and mentorship, driving new business acquisition, building strategic partnerships with key accounts, aligning customer solutions with technical capabilities, and representing the company at key industry events.
