Reach Oxford covers course fees, a living grant, and one return flight each year for undergraduates from low income countries who show outstanding academic ability and financial need. Students first apply for admission through UCAS by 15 October 2026, and the scholarship application itself opens in January 2027 and closes on 4 February 2027.
