About this internship
The Eco Ambassadors Training Workshop 2026 is an initiative themed 'Educate, Innovate & Accelerate: Youth and Students Powering Africa's Green Economy & Sustainability Goals.' Participants will be trained to become environmental ambassadors who can educate, innovate, and accelerate youth and student engagement in climate action and green economy initiatives across Africa. The workshop focuses on renewable energy, reforestation, waste reduction, climate education, and sustainable agriculture. Selected ambassadors will be equipped to lead environmental action and sustainability projects within their communities and institutions.
Eligibility
Students and youth aged 16-35 years at time of workshop; citizen or resident of an African country; demonstrated interest in environmental sustainability, climate action, green jobs, or green economy; willingness to take action and serve as Eco Ambassador within community, institution, or network
