This Program Lead role at Food Health Systems Advisory (FHSA) involves designing and implementing access-to-finance interventions to help MSMEs secure commercial funding, improve financial literacy, and achieve capital readiness. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive financial strategies, mobilize resources, design innovative financial products (blended finance, guarantees, revolving funds), and build strategic relationships with banks, investors, development partners, and policymakers. Responsibilities include financial analysis, fundraising, capacity building, policy engagement, and program management with up to 50% travel across the food systems sector. Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc. Financial Management, CFA) preferred; 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, fundraising, or related fields with focus on MSMEs; Proven track record in securing funding and managing financial programs for MSMEs; Experience with donor-funded programs (Gates Foundation, DFID, USAID); Strong understanding of Nigerian financial ecosystem; Non-negotiable: Prior experience as a Loan Officer in a bank or microfinance institution; Demonstrated ability to assess business viability and manage loan recovery
