Campus France
The Eiffel programme provides a monthly allowance and travel support to attract top international students to French masters and doctoral programmes; it does not cover tuition, though most public institutions waive it for awardees. Students cannot apply directly, as French institutions submit nominations to Campus France, and submissions for the new cycle are expected around January 2027 following the annual pattern.
