Responsibilities: Pastry & Dessert Preparation: Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked goods Ensure all pastries meet quality, taste, and presentation standards Develop and improve dessert menus in collaboration with the Head Chef Monitor portion control and minimise waste Kitchen Operations: Assist in food prepping with the chef if no orders placed for pastries Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Properly store ingredients and finished products Assist with stock control and ingredient ordering Quality & Standards: Ensure consistency in product quality and service delivery Follow standard recipes and preparation methods Uphold Reens Suites & Apartments’ food and service standards Teamwork & Support: Work closely with kitchen teams Support special events, functions, and guest requests Train and assist junior kitchen staff when required Requirements: Minimum of Diploma Minimum of 2 years experience Must be neat and orderly...
