About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Market and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through direct marketing and referrals Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms in line with company policy Close sales transactions and ensure timely documentation Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inspections, and sales progress Provide market feedback and client insights to management Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline At least 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred) Must reside in or close to Lekki Phase 1 Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
