Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the foundation’s mission and goals Create engaging content (graphics, captions, videos, reels, stories, carousels) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner Build and nurture an active online community of students, parents, educators, volunteers, and partners Encourage conversations around leadership, values, and youth development Brand Storytelling: Showcase impact stories, student testimonies, program highlights, and events Capture and share behind-the-scenes moments and field activities Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity Campaigns & Promotions: Promote programs, events, training, and initiatives Support fundraising and partnership campaigns Collaborate with the...
