Inventory/Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities: Inventory Planning & Stock Level Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels for all raw materials, packaging items, and finished products. Ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts and production delays. Track consumption patterns and forecast inventory needs with Production and Procurement. Inventory Receiving & Verification: Verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy. Ensure Quality Control inspects and approves received items before stocking. Document and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate departments. Stock Storage & Organisation: Organise warehouse and storage areas for efficient material retrieval and safety. Ensure proper labelling, batch identification, and expiration tracking. Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) depending on product type. Stock Issuance & Movement Control: Issue materials to production based on authorised requisitions....
