About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, briefs, and memoranda. File and undertake civil and criminal litigation before national, regional and international courts and tribunals. Support commercial transactions and regulatory advisory work. Participate in human rights and public interest litigation and advocacy initiatives. Engage with clients, courts, regulators, and other stakeholders under supervision. Contribute to knowledge management, practice development, and internal firm initiatives. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by Partners or Senior Associates to support the firm’s objectives. Requirements: LL.B and B.L must be called to the Nigerian Bar. At least 1 to 3 years post-call litigation experience in a reputable law firm or legal organisation.
