Computer/ICT Trainer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs (classroom, virtual, and hands-on labs) Assess training needs and customise content for different skill levels Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, labs, and assessments Conduct workshops on topics such as operating systems, networking, software applications, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or programming Evaluate learner progress through tests, projects, and feedback Update training content to reflect emerging technologies and industry trends Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring as needed Collaborate with management and technical teams to align training with business needs Maintain records of training activities and learner performance Requirements: Strong knowledge of Computer fundamentals,/Desktop publishing /Graphics and Animation, Python, SQL, HTML, and emerging technologies.
