Dispatch & Food Sales Personnel

Responsibilities: Dispatch & Operations: Receive, verify, and process food orders accurately Coordinate with kitchen, packaging, and delivery teams to ensure on-time dispatch Prepare dispatch documents (invoices, order slips, delivery notes) Monitor delivery status and resolve dispatch or delivery issues quickly Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch area Sales & Customer Service: Take customer orders in person, by phone, or online platforms Promote menu items, daily specials, and upsell add-ons where appropriate Build positive relationships with walk-in customers, repeat buyers, and vendors Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Support sales targets and daily revenue goals Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales and dispatch records Track inventory related to dispatched items and report shortages Assist with daily sales reports and cash/card reconciliation (if required) Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of...
