About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations (bank, merchant, settlement) Monitor transaction flows and ensure proper documentation Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare financial statements and management reports Support budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies when required Monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and financial discrepancies Assist in payroll processing and other finance-related tasks Requirements: HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance (fintech, banking, or financial services preferred) Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or in view) is an added advantage Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel...
