About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present meals according to the menu and recipes Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation meet standards Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment Properly store food items and manage ingredient usage Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary Minimize food waste and handle ingredients responsibly Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management Assist with menu planning when required Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience Minimum of SSCE
