Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily management of the office and other staffs Proposal and securing a brief for the valuation job. Carrying out the valuation exercise Agency (Sales and letting, both direct and semi-direct instructions) Sourcing for a prospective client Follow up on Management properties with adequate and timely updates onthe tenancy/lease schedule Updating of advert, both on social media, website, and other avenues Any other assignment as directed by the management. Requirements : Minimum of an HND. Minimum 1 year of experience Good Communication Computer Literate Good communication Computer literate Ability to work with little or no supervision Ability to drive with current driver's license will be an added advantage
