Factory Workers

Responsibilities: Assist in operating and monitoring production machinery. Handle raw materials and move finished cartons to storage or shipping areas. Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times. Support the production team in meeting daily output targets. Perform basic maintenance tasks or assist maintenance staff when required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
