Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions. Identify and resolve building issues (e.g., leaks, electrical problems). Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address safety hazards. Perform minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of building facilities. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance Worker, or in a related field. Strong understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC principles. Experience with commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
