About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Drive customer acquisition and increase the Food Delivery app downloads. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns. Follow up with new users to help them register and place orders. Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone. Provide customer support and feedback. Work with the marketing team to grow visibility. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on growth. Meet monthly targets for new users and first-time orders. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is a must. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proven ability to meet customer acquisition targets. Experience with mobile apps/tech startups is an advantage. Must be based in Lagos mainland, preferably not far from Anthony. Ability to work independently with minimum errors.
