Operations Officer

Responsibilities: Process client requests relating to account transfers, share dematerialisation, change of name, and other post-trade and account-related services. Manage and maintain effective relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Liaise with the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS), registrars, and other relevant counterparties to resolve operational and settlement issues. Handle new account openings, KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, and ongoing account maintenance in line with regulatory requirements. Ensure timely preparation, verification, documentation, and validation of all operational transactions in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
