Procurement Officer

Responsibilities: Create and maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers, transport companies, dispatch riders to ensure better procurement process Develop and maintain a food management database to keep accurate records of inventory, purchases and waste of food, beverages and supplies for the Restaurant Order products and supplies which includes determining the appropriate vendor(i.e. comparing price and quality standard) and entering purchases into the food management database Run minor procurement errands before/during operations Source and recommend new vendors for Restaurant Ensure food and beverage items are in stock at the appropriate time and in optimal condition, including items with short life and perishables Receive and verify accuracy and quality of orders before confirming receipts, contacting suppliers of incomplete deliveries and follow up to confirm/verify future delivery future deliveries Ensure food is properly stored and maintained including proper stock...
