Responsibilities : Source new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Promote and market loan products to individuals and businesses. Conduct credit appraisals and loan assessments. Guide clients through the loan application process. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (experience in microfinance or lending is an advantage). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion. Comfortable with high-volume targets.
