About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Drive in-store and online sales by engaging customers and closing deals. Explain product features, fabrics, fit, and the cultural story behind TLCA designs. Upsell, cross-sell, and promote bundles or new collections. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships; follow up post-sale to encourage repeat purchases and referrals. Record daily sales, reconcile cash, and track inventory accurately. Prepare simple weekly reports on sales, revenue, and stock. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Represent TLCA professionally in appearance, communication, and brand storytelling. Engage customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messaging platforms for online sales. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum of an OND Good Communication Skills
