Accountant

Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting activities. Process payments, monitor receivables/payables, and prepare monthly financial summaries. Support management with financial insights for decision-making. Requirements: B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience (preferably in real estate or a similar industry). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, etc.). Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organisational skills. Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
