Cashier

Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Process sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems. Receive payments in cash, card, or electronic transfer and issue receipts. Ensure correct pricing, scanning, and billing of items. Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area. Assist with stock checking and product display when required. Follow company policies and security procedures to prevent losses. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate (OND is an advantage). Previous cashier or customer service experience is an added advantage. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
