Deposit Mobilization Officer

Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies to increase the bank’s deposit base Identify and source potential customers for savings, fixed deposits, and other deposit products. Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients. Consistently meet and exceed individual and branch deposit targets. Collaborate across teams to promote deposit products. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of all marketing and deposit activities. Requirements : Minimum of OND. in any field. 0–3 years of experience in deposit mobilization, marketing, or relationship management within a microfinance or financial institution. Good marketing and networking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
