About this internship
Responsibilities: Provide direct support and care for survivors of GBV, including specialized support for vulnerable groups (Adolescent girls, Child survivors, persons with disabilities, etc.) Ensure the safety of survivors by strictly adhering to the GBV guiding principles. Provide individual case management steps and related tools and procedures. Ensure proper documentation of reported GBV cases using the necessary case management and GBVIMS tools. Conduct routine follow-up of GBV cases to ascertain the complete well-being of survivors. Link survivors to appropriate care as needed (Medical, legal, security, etc.) Utilize the referral pathway by linking survivors to service providers/other humanitarian actors as they arise. Monitor/follow up on survivors who accessed other services through the referral pathways. Participate in GBV awareness creation and sensitization activities.
