Nutritional Facilitator

Responsibilities: The individual will organize nutrition support groups and sensitize communities on locally produced nutritious foods. The individual will conduct screenings for children under 5 and pregnant/breastfeeding women for nutritional risk. Provide key messages on health, hygiene, and nutrition. The individual will support Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) and other nutrition-related activities. The individual will monitor field activities, track beneficiary data, and submit regular, accurate reports on program performance. The individual will act as a liaison between the community and health facilities, ensuring smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nutritional science or any related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with community members. Ability to work in challenging, fast-paced, or remote environments. Experience in community health or nutrition programs. Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
