Telesales Officer

Responsibilities : Contact and engage verified leads within Nigeria’s paramilitary agencies to promote loan products. Convert prospects into completed loan applications and follow up through successful disbursement. Meet and exceed assigned sales and disbursement targets through effective telesales techniques. Maintain accurate records of calls, applications, and follow-ups using approved tools. Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports as required. Requirements: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline. Proven experience in telesales, call center operations, or outbound sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets consistently. Excellent follow-up, documentation, and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Forms.
