Business Coach

Responsibilities: Assess clients’ business goals, challenges, and performance Develop practical business strategies and action plans Provide one-on-one coaching and group coaching sessions Guide clients on leadership, operations, sales, and productivity Monitor progress and hold clients accountable to agreed goals Provide feedback, motivation, and performance reviews Support clients in decision-making and business planning Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in business coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and growth Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze problems and provide practical solutions Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity
