Marketing & Guest Relations Executive

Responsibilities: Promote Cedar Loft Apartments across social media and digital platforms Generate direct bookings (corporate clients, referrals, walk-ins) Create and publish marketing content (reels, posts, stories) Respond to inquiries and convert leads into bookings Support guest check-ins when required Build partnerships and referral networks Assist with brand visibility and growth initiatives Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or hospitality A minimum of an OND academic qualification Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable with content creation and social media marketing Results-driven and self-motivated Based in Lagos Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days on-site, remote otherwise) Note: Airbnb platform management is handled internally and is not part of this role, and performance-based commission is activated once 60% occupancy is achieved.
