Business Development Officer

Responsibilities: Market and promote Covek Properties’ estates, homes, and investment opportunities to potential buyers. Generate and manage qualified leads through social media marketing, networking, referrals, and direct engagement. Conduct property tours, client presentations, and follow-ups to close sales deals. Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans. Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials in collaboration with the sales team. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors. Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Prepare and submit weekly marketing and sales reports to management. Represent the Covek brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
