Greenhouse Attendant

Responsibilities: Assist with seed sowing, transplanting, and spacing of crops Water crops using manual methods or irrigation systems as directed Support fertilizer application based on farm instructions Weed, prune, trellis, and maintain crops for healthy growth Monitor plants daily and report pests, diseases, nutrient issues, or crop stress Assist with basic pest control activities under supervision (sanitation, removal of infected plants, traps, etc.) Harvest crops carefully and handle produce to avoid damage Sort, pack, and label produce according to farm standards Clean and maintain greenhouse work areas, tools, trays, and walkways Support general greenhouse operations and report equipment issues promptly Follow all farm safety rules, hygiene practices, and food safety standards Requirements: Basic education (preferred but not mandatory) Farm or greenhouse experience is an advantage, but not required Ability to follow instructions and work consistently Physically fit to work long...
