Responsibilities: Manage the lifecycle of solar and inverter products, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Oversee PayGo operations, sales tracking, and customer collections to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, financing partners, and grant organizations. Lead customer service activities to ensure timely issue resolution and excellent client experience.
