About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately Ensure the freshness, quality, and consistency of all baked products Decorate and present baked items attractively Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area and equipment Monitor oven temperatures and baking times Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies Follow food safety and health regulations at all times Requirements: SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification Proven experience as a baker or bakery assistant is an advantage Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Good time management and attention to detail Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team
