Haulage & Procurement Officer

Responsibilities: Procurement & Sourcing: Source spare parts, tires, lubricants, tools, and consumables from approved vendors. Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines to achieve the best value. Raise purchase requests and obtain necessary approvals before buying. Ensure all procured items meet ROADMECH quality standards and specifications. Maintain a reliable supplier and vendor database. Haulage & Logistics: Coordinate transportation of parts, vehicles, and equipment to and from suppliers. Arrange haulage for customer vehicles, breakdown recovery, or inter-branch transfers when required. Ensure safe loading, transportation, and delivery of goods. Track deliveries and ensure the timely arrival of procured items. Receiving & Handover: Ensure procured items are properly received, checked, and handed over to inventory/store.
