Operations Staff

Responsibilities: Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service to clients and visitors Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation. Properly move, arrange, and store goods in designated warehouse locations. Label, sort, and accurately update inventory records and systems. Manage stock according to receipts, tags, and operational guidelines. Conduct routine stock counts and promptly report discrepancies. Identify, document, and report damaged or tampered goods. Adhere strictly to all safety, security, and operational procedures. Assist couriers and customers during pickups and deliveries. Carry out assigned administrative and operational support duties as required. Requirements: Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent qualification. Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
