About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively. Upsell and cross-sell loan products to boost sales. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring retention and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with teams to streamline customer onboarding and improve sales strategies. Requirements : Minimum of HND/B.Sc. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Must have completed NYSC. Must have formal or informal sales experience. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong communication skills: oral, written, and comprehension. Tech-savvy and ready to learn, with a willingness to gain experience in CRM software. Persuasive, self-driven, and excellent at managing time. Resilient, self-motivated, and excellent at time management.
