About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, messages, and walk-in clients. Respond to complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Follow up with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality. Attending to customers’ needs and complaints. Issues receipts, records sales. Provide general administrative and customer support duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of OND in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage). At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Must have completed NYSC.
