Early Years Teacher

Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons that support children’s holistic development. Use Montessori materials and EYFS principles in teaching. Observe, assess, and document pupils’ progress and learning patterns. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate with parents and participate in school events. Support children’s emotional and social growth through positive interactions. Requirements: Minimum of NCE or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed. / Early Childhood Education) or related field. Montessori or EYFS certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in early years classes. Excellent communication and storytelling skills Creativity and enthusiasm for hands-on learning Patience, empathy, and strong classroom presence Good organization and observation skills Team spirit and commitment to professional growth.
