Elementary Teacher

Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain a structured learning environment. Present lessons across core subject areas (English, Mathematics, Cultural Studies, Science, etc.) Develop individualised learning plans based on observation and assessment. Guide pupils toward independence, critical thinking, and responsibility. Maintain accurate academic records and progress reports. Manage classroom behaviour using positive discipline strategies. Prepare pupils for internal and external assessments where required. Communicate effectively with parents through meetings and written reports. Collaborate with fellow educators. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
