Hardware Support Technician

Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices Assemble and upgrade computer systems and components Install and configure operating systems and essential software Perform routine maintenance and hardware health checks Troubleshoot hardware faults and replace damaged parts Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory Provide basic technical support to clients when required Ensure safety and proper handling of tools and equipment Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Proven experience in computer hardware repair and maintenance Basic knowledge of software installation and system configuration Ability to diagnose faults using standard tools and methods Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team
