Responsibilities : Human Resource Operations & People Management Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and employee relations. Serve as the first point of contact for staff welfare, engagement, and performance support. Coordinate the performance management process according to approved KPIs and performance timelines. Ensure compliance and implementation of the HR Manual/Staff Handbook across the organization. Lead onboarding, supervision, and performance monitoring of Corps Members and Interns.
