About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to guests professionally. Handle check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations (walk-ins, calls, online bookings). Process payments and issue receipts. Maintain accurate guest records. Respond to inquiries and resolve minor complaints. Ensure the front desk area is clean and organised. Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree. 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic accounting/cash handling knowledge. Proficiency in computer usage. Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
