Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment records. Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to identify staffing needs. Candidate Sourcing & Screening Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates. Post job descriptions across relevant platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Talent Pipeline Management Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
