Site Engineer

Responsibilities: Support the Chief Engineer in end-to-end site supervision across residential, infrastructure, and limited commercial projects. Supervise construction of blocks of flats (up to five floors) and duplexes, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Oversee structural elements, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and retaining works. Manage and monitor soil-structure interactions typical to Lagos terrain, including pile/raft/shallow foundations where applicable. Coordinate estate infrastructure works such as internal roads, drains, walkways, utilities ducts, and external works. Supervise landscaping works, ensuring proper grading, drainage, softscape/hardscape integration, and visual orderliness.
